Peer Resource Connection, or PeRC, is 1-to-1 support for individuals living with a mental health condition and their loved ones. PeRC can help individuals navigate complex systems of services for healthcare such as low cost prescription assistance and access to community resources. It is FREE & CONFIDENTIAL support, referrals, and resources for individuals and families impacted by mental health conditions.

• Provide referrals for health coverage and social security applications 

• Finding psychiatrists or other doctors

• Finding no or low-cost prescription options

• Disability benefits
